It's day four, and that means Eggnog!! 

INGREDIENTS:

1 Scoop of Juice + Vanilla Complete (or your favorite vanilla protein)

1 Pear

1 Tsp chia seeds

1 Cup of spinach

1 Date 

1 Tsp cinnamon

Dash of nutmeg

1 Cup of almond milk, rice milk, coconut milk, or water
